ZHXPRECI is a full-service OEM/ODM factory. We machine cores and apply elastomer coatings under one roof. No handoffs, no excuses. Our CNC shop runs daily, and our coating line handles PU, rubber, and silicone – plus specialty compounds like VMQ, NBR, EPDM, FKM, and TPE. We also make Mecanum wheels with precision-machined hubs and high-traction polyurethane rollers. These give AGVs true omnidirectional movement: smooth, silent, and built for heavy loads.
With over 20 years in the trade, we control every step: from raw material to finished roller. That means real accountability. If a dimension is off by 0.1mm, we catch it before it leaves the building.

Our Core Products: PU, Rubber, and Silicone
Most of our work uses polyurethane – it's tough, wears slowly, and bonds well to metal or plastic cores. For oily or wet floors, rubber compounds (NBR, CR, EPDM) give you real grip. Silicone rollers handle extreme heat or medical-grade requirements. We also produce Mecanum wheel sets with polyurethane rollers on precision-machined hubs. These are tested for concentricity and roller alignment – critical for AGV navigation.
If you need a roller that resists chemicals, static buildup, or food-grade washdowns, we have a compound for that.
