Product Details
Each wheel goes through a defined sequence before it leaves the workshop. The polyurethane is bonded to a prepared core surface so the tread does not separate under repeated load cycles. After curing, the wheel is turned to final diameter and the bore is machined to your tolerance. Bearings are pressed in with controlled force, and high-speed applications are checked on a balancing machine. Finally, wheels are individually wrapped and packed in cartons or wooden cases to survive international shipping.
