Designed for easy-access conveyor applications where tool-free roller removal, quick changeover and reliable performance matter most. Each roller features a solid carbon steel, stainless steel or aluminum core bonded with a custom non-marking silicone compound, providing excellent traction, vibration damping and scuff-free handling of delicate goods. The cantilever mounting arm opens laterally, so one operator can replace a roller without dismantling the conveyor frame.
Custom silicone hardness from Shore A 30° to 80°, coating thickness from 3 mm to 12 mm, and surface texture can be tuned to match your product handling needs. Dynamic runout is checked on a V-block to ≤0.05 mm. Our silicone coating is a heat-cured high-consistency rubber with typical tensile strength of 4–8 MPa, tear resistance of 12–25 N/mm, abrasion loss below 50 mm³ and compression set ≤3% after 24 h at 100°C, selected for long-term contact stability and low compression set. For heavy-duty conveying, polyurethane or natural rubber may be preferred.
