Description
Custom Low Noise PU Rollers For Warehouse Conveying
Why choose this industrial coating roller?
Designed for heavy‑duty conveying and high‑speed printing applications. Each roller features a steel or aluminum core bonded with a precision polyurethane / rubber coating using advanced bonding technology, providing excellent abrasion resistance, chemical resistance, and vibration damping. Eliminates delamination risks even under continuous industrial use.
Custom roller compounds (PU, NBR, EPDM, silicone, natural rubber, neoprene), hardness from Shore A 20° to 98°, and surface finishes (smooth ground Ra 0.05–0.8µm, textured, grooved) are available. Dynamic balancing tolerance ≤0.05mm. ISO9001 certified, oil‑resistant and wear‑resistant formulas help reduce noise and extend service life.
Typical applications: Conveyor systems (belt, roller, gravity), printing presses (offset, flexo, gravure), packaging machinery, automated production lines, textile processing, paper mills, coating equipment, and material handling.

Production & Inventory Policy
Lead time: Actual delivery time may vary due to raw material availability, machine scheduling, and peak season fluctuations. After order confirmation, we provide the most accurate estimate and keep transparent communication.
Stock status: We generally do not hold large finished‑goods inventory, but some popular standard models may have limited dynamic stock (which changes as sales and production progress). Please confirm real‑time availability with our team before ordering.
Bulk & urgent orders: For mass production or tight schedules, we recommend early discussion of capacity and production planning. We will do our best to support your timeline.
Frequently Asked Questions
1. Do you offer competitive wholesale pricing for low noise PU rollers for warehouse conveying?
As a direct China factory, we provide fair pricing based on quantity. For bulk orders of 50+ rollers, contact us for a tailored quote. Our OEM/ODM service helps you reduce total cost without sacrificing quality.
2. Can you provide custom solutions for warehouse conveyor rollers with specific noise reduction requirements?
Yes, we specialize in custom solutions. Our standard polyurethane formula already reduces noise by up to 40% compared to rubber, and we can further adjust hardness and surface texture to meet your exact dB(A) target. We offer expert advice based on your conveyor speed, load, and environment.
3. What is the minimum order quantity for custom PU rollers?
Our MOQ for custom sizes and formulations is typically 50 pieces per specification. For smaller trial orders, we can discuss sample options to help you evaluate the performance before committing to a full production run.
4. How long does delivery usually take for your PU rollers?
For standard sizes without customization, delivery is around 15-20 working days. For fully custom rollers (size, hardness, shaft design), lead time is typically 25-35 working days after design confirmation and deposit. Actual time may be affected by raw material availability and production load.
5. What packing options are available for export of your low noise rollers?
We pack rollers in reinforced cartons with foam inserts for surface protection, or in wooden crates for larger sizes and bulk orders. All packaging is designed for sea or air freight. Custom labeling and barcode options are available upon request.
6. How do you ensure quality consistency for your low noise PU rollers?
We follow a multi-step QC process: incoming raw material inspection, in-process dimensional checks, hardness testing on every roller, and final load and noise sampling before packing. Our ISO9001 system ensures traceability. We also welcome third-party inspections.
7. Can you provide OEM/ODM service for our brand of low noise rollers?
Absolutely. We offer full OEM/ODM support, including custom shaft dimensions, PU color, hardness, surface pattern, and branding on the roller end caps. Our engineering team works with you to develop the perfect solution for your market.
8. Do you offer warranty on your low noise PU rollers?
Yes, we provide a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of shipment. Warranty covers delamination, core fracture, or excessive wear under normal operating conditions. We also provide technical support for installation and maintenance.
